Returns
The gymgenetix return policy is simple and easy as we follow the consumer rights policy.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and then 14 days to return the product for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with no signs of washing with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please use the following returns link. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns are not free
We are not offering free returns and it is the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us.
Late Returns
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 day notify and 14 day return policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Faulty Items
If there are any faults with your item, contact customer service immediately at sales@gymgenetix.com
We will require your order number, which item is damaged and photographic evidence. We will then get back to you with whether an exchange/replacement can be offered.
Lost Items
In the event that your package is misplaced by the courier or lost no refunds will be issued only an exchange for the missing items will be offered. Please note that you have to report the lost or missing package within 28 days of shipping confirmation being received for us to be able to resolve the issue.
14 Day Guarantee
If you don't love your item you can return them within 14 days no questions asked for a full refund. Return must follow the below instructions:
- In original packaging
- No signs of wash/wear
- Tags must not be damaged or removed
- No stains/hairs/odours
